What We Do Not Accept
- Items that are burnt, melted or completely destroyed.
- Electronics with exposed live wiring that cannot be handled safely.
- Loose broken glass panels or TV screens without casing.
- Industrial machinery or very large commercial equipment.
- Batteries that are swollen or leaking.
- Items with severe fire or water damage.

Fully working, clean items with all main parts and no major cosmetic damage.

How to Prepare Your Electronics
- 1Unplug all items and remove any loose water, food or dust from surfaces.
- 2Reset devices and remove personal data wherever possible.
- 3Keep cables, remotes and chargers together with the main item.
- 4Pack items in a way that protects screens and delicate parts during loading.

We use quotation based pricing because market rates change often. Your final offer depends on:
- Condition, whether excellent, good or usable.
- Item type and brand.
- Total quantity and mix of items.
- Current resale and recycling demand.

Do you accept large appliances (fridge, AC, washing machine)?
Yes — but pickups for large items depend on location and availability. Extra charges may apply.
Do you wipe data from laptops and mobile devices?
We recommend customers reset devices before selling.
We attempt data wiping but cannot guarantee full recovery or removal.
What happens to my items after collection?
Wearable items are reused, resold or donated. Others are processed through textile recycling whenever possible.
Do you buy accessories like cables and chargers?
Yes — we accept usable accessories along with main items.
