- Furniture with strong smell, mold or water damage.
- Built in or fixed furniture.

How to Prepare Your Furniture
- 1Wipe surfaces so they are clean and free from crumbs, dust and clutter.
- 2Empty drawers and cabinets completely before our team arrives.
- 3If possible, move furniture to an area with easy access for loading.
- 4Inform us in advance if any item is very heavy or on upper floors.

We use quotation based pricing because market rates change often. Your final offer depends on:
- Condition, whether excellent, good or usable.
- Item type and brand.
- Total quantity and mix of items.
- Current resale and recycling demand.
